My paintings draw from personal memories, migration, and the universal experience of disconnection to explore the profound emotions of longing, absence, and solitude. Through dreamlike landscapes and evocative interior spaces, I aim to capture the tension between presence and void, inviting viewers to reflect on the weight of what is lost or unseen.
Layered compositions and symbolic imagery are central to my work; they address themes of nostalgia, loss, and the search for belonging. As someone shaped by migration, my art reflects the fractured sense of identity and home that such experiences bring. Memory and loneliness weave through my visual language, creating intimate yet universal narratives that resonate with a shared human yearning.
My work offers a space for viewers to connect with their own experiences of solitude and disconnection, contemplating how absence reshapes relationships, memories, and our sense of place in the world.
