As both a watcher and a transmitter, I immerse myself in the moments of everyday life and reinterpret them through the lens of digital culture. My work translates the overwhelming flow of images and information we constantly engage with, distilling these fragments into collaged spaces that blur the boundaries between the virtual and tangible worlds.
My journey as an artist began in 2009 when I immigrated to the United States. In adapting to a new environment, I found refuge in the digital world, where social media and YouTube became my companions. The transcendence of digital platforms allowed me to access both my mother culture and American culture, shaping my identity on the omnipresent internet.
My art functions as an interface where cyberspace and physical reality interact. I critically engage with the influx of digital content, reshaping it into new forms. By challenging conventional perceptions of space and reality, I invite viewers to reconsider how we engage with the images and information that define our contemporary experience.
