Clint Stone
The flat arid spaces and the metropolises of the Southwest
have both influenced my work. As I explore and experience this
part of the country, I observe transformations in the landscape,
movement, light, and space around me. These changes are
similar to what happens during my artistic process. As I consider
my work in and out of the studio, I address a tension between
abstraction and landscape.
