Entry fees are nonrefundable. Refunds on subscriptions are based on
circumstance and decided by the publisher. If you are unsatisfied
with our publication, you may cancel your subscription at any time
and the remaining editions will be credited to your account or
refunded to your credit card. If you are not receiving your
magazines, and our system shows the proper address, we are not
responsible for replacement editions. Please check your local post
office.
4. Privacy
As a user of the New American Paintings submission website, you
understand that emails may be periodically sent to your account. You
may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. It is also
understood that only emails that you specifically signed up for at
the inception of your mailing list account will be sent to your email
